Status of the Project

In the spring of 2009, a number of wetlands were discovered on our Brunello Estates property. This has made it necessary to redesign parts of our masterplan. The redesign has been completed and revised project plans were submitted in late November to the Department of Environment which approval has been received. Detailed engineering plans are now being reviewed by HRM for Phase 1.

Sales and Display Centre

The construction of the sales\display centre has completed and we anticipate opening in fall 2010. The site of the Display Centre is located adjacent to the holes 9, 10 and 18, which have also been cleared. The centre will showcase a 4 ½ ‘x 9 ½’ three dimensional model of the completed 18 hole golf course and lots available.

Construction timelines for Phase 1
and the Golf Course

Construction dates have not yet been confirmed; however the earliest that road construction could occur will be fall of 2010 with individual lots being pad ready by spring 2011. Construction of the golf course should begin in 2011 with completion anticipated in 2014.

Golf Course Membership and Fees

Terms regarding course memberships and green fees have not yet been finalized.

Individual Lot Sales

Lots will be for sale with financing available for approved credit, and pricing of these lots will be determined shortly after the Phase 1 details have been confirmed. More details will be provided when the display centre is open.

Builders

Approved builders will be constructing a combination of single detached homes, garden homes, condos, townhouses and multi tenant properties. For builders interested in participating in the project, please email sales@brunelloestates.com.
