Phase 1 Housing Construction Underway!
Construction of Single housing is well underway on 40’ and 50’ lots in Phase 1; as well as townhouse construction. Several more units have recently been approved by Brunello Estates and are currently in the process of obtaining building permits with construction commencing soon.

Golf Course Underway!
On September
26th Western Regional Community Council approved the required revisions of the master plan to allow the roads and golf course to avoid wetlands on the remainder of the project. As a result we have commenced the clearing of all 18 holes of our Tom McBroom golf course.
